Join Julie for a 6-week winter sports conditioning class to get you ready to hit the slopes on opening weekend! Over the course of the series, you can expect matwork, pilates equipment, and strength training elements. Each week will provide a different area of focus and the group will meet twice per week ⛷🏂🎿
